Shadow Work is a beautiful journey of self-discovery and healing.
I will guide you through everything I have taught over the past few years around shadow work, including how to create the most sacred safe space within, so you feel safe to journey into this inner work.
This journey has been designed to help you awaken your full self, and begin to deeply heal your wounds and triggers and begin to integrate who you truly are.

For this 'replay' journey, I was guided to work with our system of Conscious Economy. While this is a new way of doing business, my hope is that it is supported and adopted more, as a way of working within the very energetics of abundance.
For this to truly work, it is about assessing your personal situation, and paying what feels the most aligned to you at this time. I have tried working with this system in the past, however most people automatically default to paying the minimum amount they can.

WHY SHADOW WORK?
Shadow work has lately become a popular phrase used on social media. We hear it thrown around all the time. But a lot of 'shadow work' consists of what I would classify as 'spiritual bypassing'.
To me, true shadow work is the inner healing work that not only focuses on the inner 'shadows' or negative traits within us that we have banished to the dark recesses of our soul. But also the deeper trauma work that is locked beyond the shadows. It is also about discovering the Golden Shadows within, and embracing them fully.
This journey has been designed to seek, awaken and embrace your shadows, as well as work through the trauma that may be locked within. The work will start here, and will give you tools to continue to work through it as you continue on your inner journey
Shadow work has been pivotal in my healing journey, and with everyone I work with
* we will work through various embodiment practices to shift your energy, release buried and unexpressed emotions (You can't fully release a suppressed emotion, trauma, core wound or trigger, if you only 'release' it in the mind. The body remembers, the nervous system remembers, the cells remember. This is called somatisation. We need to find it within our body, allow it to find its full expression, to allow for complete release and surrender. It is from this place that we can fully let it go.)

The course is 6 weeks long, and is accessible through a private members portal. You will be given access to your course portal as soon as you sign up.
The original journey was recorded LIVE. The replays and all other content are now accessible through our private course portal. You will be able to log in at any time to access the weekly content, or continue to journey with the content with lifetime access.

My mission is to guide people home to their own inner embodiment, what I call Somadhi (inlightenment through the body, mind, soul and heart). It is to guide people into their deepest, darkest places, and call them home to their light. To allow people a safe container to come home to their true path, their true soul alignment.
These are all parts of the journey we must face and integrate. And my hope is that this sacred space serves as a guiding ray of light, calling you back home to your soul. Where the sacred being in all of us is nurtured. Where we are allowed to feel the fullest expression of the human experience. To feel a deeper spiritual connection to your inner and higher self, to the collective consciousness. To open your heart. And to reawaken your soul from its slumber.
