EMBODIED is the divine alchemy and co-creation between us. It is a journey to remind you of your eternal greatness. A journey of bringing conscious awareness and light, to the darkest caverns within. Of visiting the sacred parts within yourself, that have been long been buried. It is a journey of exploring the fragile places, noticing how you have hardened yourself against the world.
Each session begins with a Sacred Ceremony initiation. Grounding us into the container, and calling in the highest guidance for your journey.
You are invited to bring forward anything you wish to work on for each session, and also allowing for our intuition to guide each session. During a session we may work with healing energy, activations, womb clearing, embodiment practices. We may spend the session diving deep into your soul purpose/soul business, or journey into ancestral patterns. Each session is divinely guided, based on what you are wanting to achieve in your journey.

To begin an EMBODIED Mentoring journey with me, I invite you to first book a 1:1 session to go through what you are desiring to change, create, embody in your life. Once you have booked an opening session, you will receive an email from me with some opening questions to prepare for our first session together.

Embodied Soul is a journey into your Spiritual path. Working on things like your Spiritual Gifts & Intuition, Shadow Work, Activating dormant energy. It is deeply ceremonial, to support your personal journey. No 2 mentoring journeys will ever be the same.

I am all about feeling into a full soul yes and personal responsibility as a standard practice. So, no. There is no refund policy for this journey.
My mission is to guide people home to their own inner embodiment, what I call Somadhi (inlightenment through the body, mind, soul and heart). It is to guide people into their deepest, darkest places, and call them home to their light. To allow people a safe container to come home to their true path, their true soul alignment.
These are all parts of the journey we must face and integrate. And my hope is that this sacred space serves as a guiding ray of light, calling you back home to your soul. Where the sacred being in all of us is nurtured. Where we are allowed to feel the fullest expression of the human experience.
