Just a little reminder that tomorrow is the last day to book in for the Embracing The Shadows 6 week online workshop (it is the only time I will run it live, and at this price - as it will be moving to an online self-paced course model after this)
We will be looking at the shadow self, integration, spiritual by-passing, archetypes, core wounds & beliefs, practices for doing the work, and so much more!

It's certainly been a minute since I have been act

It's certainly been a minute since I have been active and present here on social media (except my facebook group!)
Taking the time to just sit with the changes that are coming through and feel into how I am being called to show up
I have been allowing myself this beautiful space and time to be present for myself, my souls higher calling and enjoy a little time of stillness and joy
But the energy is shifting once again, and I am being called forward to show up even more
Allowing the ebbs and flow of life to help me navigate the beautiful waves of this life
I will be showing up again more consistently to share on my love of all things Dark Feminine, Somatic healing, Intuition and so much more

And we all go through phases of deep, transformational, Renewal
